For this holiday season, join us for a family friendly cooking adventure as we create a classic Italian holiday dinner! Mangia, mangia!. At the end, we’ll take time to enjoy the bountiful meal we create. We’ll work through basic cooking techniques such as knife skills, sauteing/braising, baking, and seasoning. Come hungry- we’ll prepare a main dish, two sides, and a dessert.

• Fried White Fish & Green beans 

• Apple “Panettone” cake

Class format: Zoom

• Class will be held via Zoom so you can interact with your instructors, ask questions, and learn together.

• Some adult supervision recommended. 

Method of ingredient collection (choose one at check-out): 

1. Self-sourcing: Sourcing and materials lists will be provided. 

2. Ingredient pick-up (+ fee): All food pick up is located at our learning kitchen in the Fisherman's Terminal, Interbay

3. Ingredient delivery (+ fee): Ingredient delivery serves 2 people

Our ingredient pick-up and delivery options are both great ways to access high quality, fresh produce from local farms. We source from over 30 small farms in the PNW.
