Learn how to make pasta from scratch, the way nonna used to (yep- no pasta machine required)! We’ll stuff our delicious pasta with cheese and dress it in a simple yet flavorful red sauce. We’ll complete our meal with sweetened, poached pears and a spiced whipped cream!
