Private Class Terms and Services

By booking a class with Seattle Cucina Cooking School, you agree to abide by the following:

Participant Confirmations

Expected headcount must be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start time of class. If there are changes to the expected number of participants less than 48 hours prior to the start of class, no refunds or reductions to the agreed payment will be made.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if class cancellation is more that 4 days before the start of class

  • 50% refund if class cancellation is more than 24hrs before the start of class

  • No refund if class cancellation is less than 24hrs before the start of class

Late Arrival

If participants arrive late for the start of a class, it is within the instructors right to modify the program content to ensure class still ends at the originally determined time.

The start time of a class may not be delayed more than 15 minutes even if not all participants are present. 

A 30 minute maximum overrun is permitted for socializing and eating after class. Once 30 minutes have passed from the scheduled completion of the class, participants must respectfully leave the premises. 

Alcohol and Drugs

No recreational drugs may be consumed on Seattle Cucina premises, regardless of their legal status.

Seattle Cucina staff is not permitted to serve alcohol on our premises. However, participants are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages to be consumed during class. Please drink responsibly. Seattle Cucina staff reserve the right to remove someone from the premises if they are behaving inappropriately while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Failure to abide by these policies will result in fines to compensate Seattle Cucina for food waste, additional staffing hours, property damage, or any other expenses incurred. We apologize for any inconvenience, these policies help minimize food waste and ensure respectful treatment of our skilled instructors.
