Learn the art of hand-rolling sushi from home!
Start by mastering your knife skills with a myriad of classic and off-the-wall fillings, sure to excite anyone. With traditional bamboo mats, you will then get to roll your own unique maki sushi rolls. We’ll also learn how to shape the oh-so-cute Onigiri and gunkan maki hand rolls. Finally, we will learn to make mochi, the gooey, yummy rice “dumpling” from scratch!
