Fresh Seafood Feast

An experienced chef will meet you at our kitchen at the Fisherman's Terminal - Seattle's largest, working terminal that houses commercial fishing vessels and a vibrant fish market and restaurant scene. We'll spend a little over 2 hours snacking and cooking up a feast! We'll end our hard work with a relaxed, family-style dinner. All ingredients are locally and ethically sourced.

Whats on the Menu:

  • Blackened or Fried Fish Tacos: Learn how to prepare seasonal white fish and scratch-made tortillas to make the freshest dang tacos of your life!

  • Mango Salsa: Sharpen your knife skills on this sweet and spicy topping.

  • Summer Bounty Salad: Prepare a salad teeming with summer produce and seared prawns topped with a cilantro vinaigrette.

  • Fresh fruit and non-alcoholic beverages.
