Join us for a delicious afternoon of all-vegan cuisine! Learn how to prepare exciting vegan dishes using whole produce and grains. It will challenge your cooking skills and your palate! Each week we will whip up 2 recipes to highlight seasonal foods and fundamental cooking skills. By the end of this workshop, students will have the practical skills necessary to begin cooking vegan dishes at home! All ingredients are locally sourced by 21 Acres Center. Class prices include a meal. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
