Dumplings are seriously delicious and seriously fun to make! Learn how to make vegan pan-fried dumplings, or Guotie, found commonly in Northern Chinese provinces. We’ll make the dough from scratch, as well as 3 unique fillings. After we shape and fry off our own little dumplings we’ll learn to make 2 classic dipping sauces. You don’t want to miss this 100% vegan, 100% dumpling party! All ingredients are locally sourced by the 21 Acres Center. This class is intended for kids and teens ages 7-16.

Class prices include a meal. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.

Difficulty Level: 1 fork; open to participants of all skill levels.
