This class is the perfect place for a cook with little experience experience in the kitchen but a taste for Italian cuisine. And by Italian cuisine, we mean pasta! We’ll learn how to make fresh ricotta ravioli all by hand and a simple Italian dessert! Both recipes highlight seasonal foods and fundamental cooking skills needed by any Italian home chef. All ingredients are locally sourced by the 21 Acres Center.
Class prices include a meal. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
