This class is the perfect place for a cook with minimal experience but a taste for Italian cuisine. We will whip up traditional fresh egg pasta to make ravioli stuffed with ricotta and cooked in a brown butter and sage sauce! Then for dessert, we'll prepare some Italian ginger cookies. Both recipes highlight fundamental cooking skills needed by any Italian home chef. All ingredients are locally sourced by 21 Acres Center. Eat like an Italian while never leaving the PNW! Class prices include a meal. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
