Become a wizard in the kitchen with this 3-part crash course! You’ll learn how to turn whole, seasonal ingredients into tasty dishes not with magic but with knife, stove top cooking, and baking skills. Chefs Alice and Erica will show you just how fun it can be to master this magical and tasty craft! We’ll be whipping up so many classic dishes, but for now we’ll just name a few… prepare to cook and eat: crepes, potato leek bisque with fresh croutons, falafel, creative vinaigrettes and salads, sweet and savory pies, and much more! Using local ingredients sourced by 21 Acres, students will gain the practical skills necessary to cast delicious spells.
Class prices include a meal. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
