Campers will cook up 4 dishes and 2 desserts to take home that will serve 4-6 people each for your Thanksgiving celebration! In this 3 day camp participants will learn valuable cooking skills while creating delicious and seasonal dishes to share. We’ll learn knife, sauteing, flavoring, pastry, and measuring skills throughout the week. We’ll work independently and in groups to create dishes perfect for your Thanksgiving table!
What’s on the menu?
Soup: Butternut squash soup with a pomegranate molasses topping
Salad: Kale with roasted veggies and a bacon shallot vinaigrette
Sweet potato + chard gratin
Green bean casserole with a bread crumb topping
From-scratch apple pie
Simply store these dishes in your fridge or freezer, and come Thanksgiving, reheat or lightly prep as needed!
