Join us for an intensive, fun week of advanced cooking skills, food exploration and dish design on the 21 Acres Farm! This class is perfect for teens of all cooking skill levels. Each day we will whip up one hands-on recipe as we explore farm fresh ingredients and learn useful cooking techniques. Each day teens will have the opportunity to cook and create dishes either on their own or in teams via fun challenges and activities. Campers will whip up fresh pasta, pastries, stuffed veggies, and so much more. By the end of this week-long camp, students will have created new dishes and explored flavors and produce like they never have before! All ingredients are locally sourced through the 21 Acres Center.
