Join us for a jam-packed week of advanced cooking! Each day you'll face a new challenge that explores different culinary skills and recipes. Try your hand at making everything from fresh ravioli to ramen. We will cover advanced knife skills, vegetable and protein cooking methods, flavoring and adjusting, and other advanced skills. Are you ready to become a pro in the kitchen?! We ask that anyone entering the class has had some cooking experience (email us with questions). Class prices include 1 meal per day.
