Eat your way from the sunny beaches of Spain to the rolling hills of Tuscany and finally to the quiet fields in the French countryside. In this one week camp, we’ll learn how to make all of the classic dishes of a quintessential European summer. No matter your skill level we will have a blast preparing fresh egg pasta, paella, crepes, backalva, and much more! Class prices include 1 snack and 1 lunch per day. Accommodations for dietary restrictions upon request.
