Cooking Fun at DaVinci Academy- Spring Break!

Viva Italia spring break camp out in Redmond was a blast!

Below is a look at everything we cooked and learned :)

Day 1: Introduction to the Kitchen

  • Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

  • Baked Pasta with Bechamel

  • Fresh Ravioli 

Day 5: Desserts

  • Fruit Salad

  • Polenta with Mushroom Gravy

  • Roasted Beets

  • Cannoli

  • Clafoutis + Berry Ricotta Cake

Plus... we played a ton of games, danced, ran around, and ATE!
